Customers may request to return or exchange item(s) for up to 15 days from the day of delivery.
Returns for a refund incur a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fee applies only to refunds, not exchanges, therefore exchanges are free of cost.
The 15-day return/exchange period begins on the delivery date confirmed by the courier.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you for exchanges and there will be no charge for the re-shipment of the new item.
A prepaid return label will be provided to you via email upon request for a return.
Please note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 15 days. No exceptions.
Refunds are issued after deducting the restocking fee through the same payment method that you used at the time of checkout.

Return processing begins within 7-10 days of receiving the item, with email confirmation once processed.
We allow one-time exchange per item, for items equal to or more than the original purchase price. The price difference, if any, will be charged. One return, refund, or exchange allowed per order.
Limited availability items may result in a refund or store credit at Queen of Hearts Jewelry's discretion.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, in original packaging, and with the sales receipt for a return.

We offer FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING on all of our products site wide. Currently, we only ship within the United States. We may ship your order through USPS/FedEx/UPS, all depending on the contents of your order. We process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and national holidays). Please note that if you are to place an order on Wednesday after 4:00 PM Eastern Time then we may not be able to guarantee delivery until Monday since our couriers do not deliver on weekends. An Over 21 Adult signature is required as the delivery confirmation.
All our shipments are fully insured until delivery is confirmed. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, you're covered. Coverage stops once delivery is confirmed by signature.
