  • All of our orders are shipped from PA and to all the 50 states within the U.S. We are an online store based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania without an in-person retail location at the moment.

Queen of Hearts Jewelry will provide the customer with a prepaid/insured return shipping label. We do NOT charge for return shipping & insurance expenses. WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND? +
  • Returns will be processed within 7-10 days from the time we receive the item. Once the return has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Allow 7-10 business days for your banking statement to reflect the refund from the date it is processed.

  • We recommend that you store your jewelry in the pouch or box it came in. To keep your jewelry looking best, gently rub the surface with a microfiber cloth.
  • Apply perfumes, sprays, and lotions before putting on your jewelry as the materials may erode your jewelry.
