  • We offer you FREE 2-DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING on all products site wide. NO MINIMUM ORDER value required and no, this is not a promotional offer. Once the payment has been successfully processed, we will dispatch your item within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Please understand that although we offer Free 2-Day Shipping, we cannot 100% guarantee the exact delivery date as carrier delays do happen due to unforeseen circumstances.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO AND WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? +
  • All of our orders are shipped from PA and to all the 50 states within the U.S. We are an online store based out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania without an in-person retail location at the moment.
  • Currently, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FBO addresses at this time.
WILL MY SIGNATURE BE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY? +
  • We Do Require An Over 21 Adult Signature upon receiving delivery of the jewelry through our courier service. This is done primarily to protect your merchandise against rising theft involving packages being stolen or reported missing post delivery.

HOW MUCH IS CHARGED FOR RETURNING AN ITEM? +
  • We offer 15-DAY COMPLEMENTARY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES, all items intended for returns are subject to a 10% Re-Stocking Fee. Queen of Hearts Jewelry will provide the customer with a prepaid/insured return shipping label. We do NOT charge for return shipping & insurance expenses.   • We ask that you carefully put away and package the jewelry item as best as you can to ensure a safe transit back to our facility.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY REFUND? +
  • Returns will be processed within 7-10 days from the time we receive the item. Once the return has been successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Allow 7-10 business days for your banking statement to reflect the refund from the date it is processed.

  • We recommend that you store your jewelry in the pouch or box it came in. To keep your jewelry looking best, gently rub the surface with a microfiber cloth.
  • Apply perfumes, sprays, and lotions before putting on your jewelry as the materials may erode your jewelry.
